Since 2006, Hendrik Send works as a lecturer and research associate at the IEB. Since then he discusses tools and methods of new media with client enterprises. He served clients such as ERGO insurance, Deutsche Telekom and German Lufthansa. Since June 2011 he is head of research and consultancy at the IEB. Hendrik Send has written his thesis at the University of St. Gallen about user motivation in online innovation crowdsourcing and is a lecturer at the University of Anhalt.
