Osvaldo Saldías is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Walter Hallstein Institute (Humboldt University); also an adjunct lecturer for comparative law at the Free University of Berlin. He holds a law degree (lic.iur), a M.A. in European political studies, and a PhD. He has been visiting faculty at the American Bar Foundation, guest lecturer at Northwestern University, and postdoctoral fellow at the Free University of Berlin.
